I first tried this mocktail on a cruise as I can’t drink much alcohol and quickly became my favourite, so before the cruise was over I sat at the bar and worked out what went in it and then came up with my own version. Tastes just like a mojito just with no alcohol, so is perfect for all ages and if you’re the sober driver. The lemon syrup is added to help boost the tartness which cuts through the sweetness. Give it ago and I’m sure it will soon become your favourite.
